American Eagle Courier, Inc. requests the above information with the understanding that it will be held in strict confidence. Your account will be billed semi-monthly with the closing dates being the 15th and the last day of the month. Payment is required in full upon receipt of the invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to accounts with a balance of 30 days or more in arrears.
